Key Responsibilities:
Demand & Supply Planning
Create and update monthly demand forecasts to keep our inventory on track.
Lead meetings to review sales forecasts and adjust plans.
Help with product launches, market expansions, and special events by adjusting forecast strategies.
Use past data to improve future forecast accuracy.
Plan purchase orders based on sales forecasts, lead times, and stock levels.
Project Management & Communication:
Work with teams to understand what drives demand and plan long-term inventory needs.
Document key processes and best practices to share with the Brand Management and Supply Chain teams.
Performance Monitoring
Track stock levels, manage out-of-stock risks, and reduce excess inventory.
Create reports to track how actual sales compare to forecasts and find areas for improvement.
Communicate inventory status, demand expectations, and purchasing plans to the leadership team.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, preferably in consumer goods.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
