Primary Responsibilities:
• Process complex payroll transactions for US-based companies, with specific expertise in California labor regulations
• Manage comprehensive payroll data entry, verification, and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple clients
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee compensation information
• Apply advanced knowledge of US payroll compliance standards
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Support HR Business Partner functions for US-based clients
• Assist with employee onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Provide administrative support for HR operational processes
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of US payroll processing experience
• Deep understanding of California labor laws and payroll regulations
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Workday, UKG preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and data management skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
Preferred Experience:
• Previous work with California-based technology or professional services companies
• Experience processing payroll for companies with 50-500 employees
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
