Position Overview
We seek an Administrative Assistant who embodies our servant-leader mentality and shares our passion for improving global health. This role will support our team as we work with multinational organizations and advance world-shifting initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and approach administrative tasks with the same level of dedication we bring to our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and
Process accounting entries using QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records for multiple client projects
Take detailed meeting notes during client consultations and strategic planning sessions
Support the coordination of international business development initiatives
Assist with documentation for fundraising and partnership agreements
Help organize and coordinate tradeshow and conference representation
Maintain organized filing systems for sensitive client information
Provide administrative support for live events and corporate training sessions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with calendar management and international communication coordination
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong note-taking abilities with excellent attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
Comfort with technology and ability to adapt to new tools and platforms
