We are hiring for the following positions:
Internal Process Auditor

What We Offer:
Position: Full-time
Work Setup: Permanent remote – work from anywhere in the world!
Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM (MNL time) – Start your day with energy! A laptop is essential, and we’ll provide any additional equipment necessary for your role.
Equipment: Self-provided – Bring your tech, and we’ll bring the opportunity!
Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 – Depending on your experience!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Auditing and Review
-Develop and execute a structured internal audit program, prioritising processes based on risk,
criticality, and business objectives.
-Conduct desktop reviews, interviews, and other activities to evaluate the implementation of
processes in practice versus documented procedures.
-Analyse relevant data to assess the effectiveness of processes and identify trends or potential
non-conformities.
-Ensure all audits are conducted in alignment with ISO standards and company objectives.

2. Collaboration and Coordination
-Collaborate closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to align audit priorities with
strategic improvement goals.
-Work with the Data and Platform Specialist to request, access, and analyse relevant data and
determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for process reviews.
-Partner with the Process Documentation and Engagement Specialist to ensure process
documentation is accurate and reflective of practice
-Liaise with the Training Manager to address training needs identified during audits and support
continuous development.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting
-Analyse audit findings, customer and staff feedback, project reviews, and other inputs to provide
insights into process performance.
-Develop comprehensive audit reports with clear and actionable recommendations for process
improvements, training needs, and potential risks.
-Present findings and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders in a clear a
professional manner.

4. Continuous Improvement
-Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and mitigate risk
-Provide feedback to the Continuous Improvement Manager on systemic issues or patterns identify
during audits.
-Support the development of improvement plans, ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives.

5. Risk Management
-Assess processes based on their risk level and criticality to the business, ensuring high-priority areas
are reviewed effectively.
- Incorporate factors such as project reviews, feedback, and suggestions into audit planning.
- Contribute to the development of risk-based auditing methodologies to improve audit efficiency a
focus.

6. Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all processes reviewed adhere to relevant ISO quality standards, company policies, and
regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed of updates to quality standards and best practices, applying them to audit practices
and recommendations.

- Strong auditing and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate processes against objectives and standards.
- Excellent understanding of ISO quality standards and their application in a business environment.
- Proficient in data analysis, with experience interpreting and leveraging data to identify trends and insight
- Strong facilitation and interview skills to extract valuable information from stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and actionable audit
reports.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple audits and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various
stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving business
objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO quality standards and auditing frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to assess and improve processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI
- Familiarity with process documentation and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, LUpgrade to see actual info) is a plus.
- Relevant qualifications in auditing, quality management, or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g
Lean, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
