JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up and managing high-converting lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on creative copywriting, strategic ad deployment, and campaign configuration and management. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity to drive lead generation efforts and enhance our funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., social media, search engines, email, and display marketing) to meet defined business goals.

- Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, landing page content, and other promotional material that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement, and motivates conversions.

- Ad Deployment Strategy: Develop and execute ad deployment strategies that include selecting appropriate channels, targeting, bidding strategies, and timing to maximize campaign performance.

- Campaign Configuration and Management: Configure and manage campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust tactics as necessary.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, and product, to ensure that messaging is consistent and that campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and enhance value propositions.
