Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial-minded Interior Designer to join our team part-time or for seasonal work this spring. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design and can work independently to bring creative visions to life. Experience with graphic design is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships primarily via written and spoken English.
2. Design Excellence: Develop interior design concepts that meet client objectives and reflect the latest trends.
3. Innovation: Ability to use our web-based tools. Slack, ChatGPT, Google Docs.
4. Autonomy: Take ownership of projects, making independent decisions, and overseeing them through completion.
5. Versatility: Be prepared to handle various aspects of design projects, from creative design to project management.
6. Organization: Ability to document and manage a variety of tasks, and help management team with general needs.

Qualifications:
1. Strong English speaking *Required*
2. A portfolio showcasing your interior design work. *Required*
3. Prior experience with US-based homeowners, companies and contractors *Preferred, please note in application*
4. Prior experience working night shift preferred
5. Ability to produce floor plans and 3d renderings in design software. Preferred, but not required are tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation:
Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements. $700 - $1,250 total compensation (figures include annual bonus) depending on years experience after university, English level. For instance, a designer with 3-5 years of experience post-university would receive $Upgrade to see actual infomonthly. If you include the annual bonus of 15%, the effective monthly rate would be $1,035. Compensation for team leaders and managers at the company exceeds $1,500.

Expectations:
New hires for April start. Preferred hours of operation: 9am-5pm ET. Either Tues - Sat or Mon - Fri
