Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer, Fully Remote
Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST Monday-Friday (12:00 am - 8:030 am PH Time)

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and project teams to develop cohesive interior design concepts for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop cohesive interior design concepts.
Conceptualize, design, and plan interior spaces aligned with Design Library and Trend design principles.
Develop spatial layouts, conceptual presentations, and high-quality 3D renderings.
Conduct design research, space planning, and material selection.
Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and project requirements.
Provide detailed construction drawings, floor plans, and technical documentation.
Assist during the construction phase by providing design details and coordinating with the Project Manager.
Create presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Interior Design.
Hands-on experience with Residential design projects.
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/ 3ds Max, Lumion/ Enscape/Vray/ Corona, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
