Intellectual Property Lawyer (Remote, Full-Time)

Overview:

We’re an American outsourcing agency hiring an Intellectual Property Lawyer to
support a European client with global operations. This role is fully remote, fulltime,
and involves safeguarding the client’s IP portfolio across various markets.
You’ll handle trademark registrations, infringing store takedowns, product
certifications, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Global Trademarks: Register and manage trademarks in multiple
countries.
• Enforcement: Identify and shut down infringing online stores worldwide.
• Data Organization: Maintain detailed records in Google Sheets
(deadlines, renewals, statuses).
• Certifications: Assist with product certification processes (US, EU,
Australia, China, etc.).
• Contracts: Draft and modify IP-related agreements (ownership clauses,
waivers, etc.).
• E-commerce Compliance: Advice on legal matters for international
online sales.

Qualifications:
• Background in Intellectual Property law.
• Able to handle filings and enforcement across diverse markets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with contracts, product regulations, and e-commerce law.
• Comfortable working fully remote on a global schedule.
