ABOUT YOU:
Are you an EOS® Integrator or an Operations Leader looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy building systems that bring order and stability to growing teams? We are looking for an Integrator / Operations Lead to streamline our internal operations so our Founder & CEO can focus on partnerships, marketing, and business growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Client Services, Recruiting, HR and Growth to build a solid foundation so we can better fulfill our vision where everyone can take their God-given space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and oversee project management tools, workflows, and accountability structures to ensure tasks get done on time.
- Create an “accountability chart” (who does what) and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Act as the bridge between various departments (Client Services, Growth, Recruiting, HR, etc.) to break down silos and foster collaboration.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teammates to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain quality of work.
- Implement effective communication rhythms—tea
- Help nurture a community for our extended talent network that supports personal and professional growth.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the founder to translate strategic goals (e.g., revenue targets, brand-building) into actionable steps and milestones.
- Conduct periodic business audits or gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring everyone knows the key objectives and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in an Integrator, Operations Management, or Chief-of-Staff role (preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment).
- At least 3+ years of experience working for a U.S. client (preferably a startup)
- Strong track record creating and optimizing systems, processes, and workflows to support rapid growth (ideally using Traction / EOS)
- Experience managing distributed teams, with a focus on accountability, productivity, clear communication, and quality control.
- Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Zapier, ATS, etc.)
- Ability to work reliably and independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)
