JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction
We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, and Salesforce, along with strong problem-solving skills, this role is perfect for you. This is a remote position, aligned with U.S. business hours.

About the Role
As our part-time Automation Specialist, you will manage integrations, set up automations, and optimize workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, and Salesforce. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage Salesforce operations, and ensure seamless integration between various tools and platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and troubleshoot workflows using Zapier and Make (Integromat).
- Integrate tools such as Esignature platforms, Salesforce, Calendly, Facebook Lead Ads, LinkedIn Lead Forms, and TikTok Lead Forms within Zapier or Make.
- Utilize Salesforce to create reports, fields, permission sets, and Salesforce Flows.
- Apply conditional logic to automate and streamline workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve errors in integrations.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
- Strong expertise in Zapier and Make (Integromat), including error-checking and troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating tools like Esignature platforms, Salesforce, Calendly, and social media lead forms into automation workflows.
- Salesforce experience (creating reports, fields, permission sets, and managing Salesforce Flows).
- Mastery of conditional logic for automating processes.

Nice to Have:
- Understanding of Webhooks (POST, GET, PATCH methods).
- Familiarity with authentication methods used in API calls (Basic, OAuth, Token Authentication, API Keys).
- JavaScript knowledge for code steps in Zapier.
- Ability to troubleshoot common tech/tool issues.
- Familiarity with Power Dialers and experience with Litify (Salesforce custom package) is a plus.

Technical Requirements (Device):
- Laptop/Computer (minimum 8GB RAM).
- Headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Availability to work long-term during U.S. business hours.

Additional Details:
- Initially 6 hours per day, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time once they have mastered the work.
- Should be open to feedback and demonstrate a strong ability to comprehend and follow instructions precisely.
