Integration Partner Manager

Overview
Velaro Workspace is a next-generation engagement platform revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers. We're on a mission to enhance customer engagement through innovative chat solutions and seamless integrations.

Role Overview
We are seeking an Integration Partner Manager on a contract basis, requiring 20-40 hours per week. You will be responsible for building and managing integration partner relationships, communicating in both technical and non-technical discussions, and delivering integration apps for data exchange with our partners. This role aims to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring that a significant portion of our annual recurring revenue (ARR) comes from these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and Land Integration Partners:
- Work with sales and marketing to identify and promote synergistic integration partnerships.
- Demo to potential partners and pitch integration ideas.
- Establish major partnerships with industry leaders through both traditional and nontraditional methods, targeting top decision-makers within organizations.
- Utilize creative approaches to engage potential partners, such as attending online industry events, leveraging social media, and conducting targeted outreach.

Grow the Business with the Integration Partnership Program:
- Pitch opportunities and participate in integration partner marketing initiatives and content asset creation.
- Facilitate collaboration with sales and marketing to grow the lead pipeline.
- Identify new revenue channels, facilitate referrals, and increase qualified leads.
- Coordinate and create case studies based on successful partner integrations.

Manage Integration Partner Relationships:
- Solve integration partnership roadblocks and create workarounds where necessary.
- Document and present initiatives to the product manager for final approval and timeline assurance.
- Work with sales and marketing to implement opportunity workflow in Dynamics and establish record-keeping measures.
- Ensure proper credit for co-selling partner solutions and negotiate win-win benefits with partners.

Build and Deliver Partner Integration Connector Apps:
- Define partnership integration points by writing user stories to share with the product manager.
- Develop positioning strategies for product integration aspects to be offered online.
- Develop a partner integration connector "app store" within the Velaro Workspace platform.
- Collaborate closely with internal development teams to ensure smooth integration of partner products and services.

Establish a Velaro Integration Partner Ecosystem:
- Establish a formal partner program with a clear value proposition and assets for prospective partners and customers.
- Develop and maintain a Velaro Integration Partner Program website presence with solution stories and demos.
- Produce content assets for industry verticals showcasing specific integration solutions.

Become an Engagement Solution Influencer:
- Establish an identity as an engagement solution partnership subject matter expert.
- Represent and showcase the Velaro platform and integration opportunities for business success.
- Produce a personalized video series and promote social media posts from the perspective of a Velaro Integration Partner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and evolving integration technologies.

Work with Internal Development Teams:
- Ensure we have an open and capable API to facilitate seamless integrations.
- Foster relationships with big commerce companies to integrate our platform as a headless solution within their stack.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a partnership management or business development role.
- Strong understanding of integration solutions and experience working with APIs.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and IFTTT.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and service acumen.
- Ability to plan and curate highly organized demos for integration partners.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Availability to work normal hours for the US or the areas being targeted.
- Stellar English and presentation skills.
