Intake specialist for law firm

Our law firm in California is looking to add an experienced Filipino lawyer to be our intake specialist to answer phone calls from potential clients, qualify leads, and make recommendations regarding representation.

The successful applicant must have great customer service skills, carefully follow directions, think critically, and be fluent in English.
