Intake Assistant for Medium Sized Law firm

Cohen and Sinowski, P.C. is looking for a intake assistant to assist our already growing law firm located in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.

Are you one of those special people who can take direction from others and successfully lead a small team to achieve the goal? Can you move from talking to busy attorneys to dealing with contentious insurance adjusters, to calming an emotionally distraught client, and directing a small team on multiple cases, all without breaking a sweat? Do you have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills? Do you want to be of service to people who really need help?

Our intake assistants are responsible for handling new client calls into our personal injury law firm. They establish caring relationships with clients, and collaborative partnerships with our staff attorneys and support team. They have extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in our legal cases.

This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Our candidate will have some previous customer service experience.

Extreme proficiency in English.

Reliable Internet Connection

Ability to work 9AM to 5PM EST.

Excellent communication and people skills are essential.

Self starter

Detail oriented

Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
