JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Virtual Assistant (VA) with at least 2 years of experience in Insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with various insurance management systems, applications, and a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry. This is a remote position that requires expertise in handling specific applications, carriers, and client management within the Farmers Insurance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process insurance applications, including Acord forms.
Streamline client management and communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized service.
Work with various insurance carriers including Liberty, The Hartford, AmTrust, Guard, and Farmers Insurance, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
Provide administrative support such as document management, filing, and client communication via email and phone.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes comply with industry regulations.
Assist with general insurance-related tasks as needed, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience working with Farmers Insurance in a similar capacity.
Proven experience as an Insurance VA, with strong proficiency in using QQ Catalyst, AgencyZoom, and AmTrust.
Familiarity with Acord applications and forms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A background in insurance, specifically with Farmers Insurance, is highly preferred.
