Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Verification Specialist Virtual Assistant to assist in managing insurance verification, patient communication, and scheduling. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, patient-focused environment and has a knack for accuracy and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify insurance coverage and fill out necessary forms.
Contact insurance companies and patients for required information.
Communicate insurance details to management and patients, explaining coverage and payment requirements.
Process payments online or via phone.
Follow office protocols to confirm treatment clearance.
Obtain procedure authorizations using correct CPT and diagnostic codes.
Access patient charts to gather required information.
Schedule procedures at various facilities and organize related paperwork.
Liaise with clinicians, patients, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Provide daily end-of-day reports and weekly procedure updates.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively.
Experience in medical billing or insurance is a plus.

Details:
Full-Time, 40+ hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Graveyard Shift) with a 1-hour unpaid break from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EST
Starting rate: $5/HR
