JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts in the insurance industry. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing
Manage and optimize Indeed job postings to increase visibility and applicant flow.
Screen applicants against eligibility criteria, including criminal background checks and reliable transportation verification.
Identify and engage top talent that meets the job requirements.
Candidate Screening & Engagement
Conduct pre-screening to filter qualified candidates.
Provide candidate coaching to ensure applicants complete all necessary steps.
Track and maintain an organized candidate pipeline, ensuring only the best candidates advance.
Recruitment Tracking & Reporting
Maintain a daily recruitment activity spreadsheet, tracking:
Number of new applications.
Number of qualified vs. disqualified candidates.
Number of interviews attended and overall hiring progress.
Provide insights on hiring trends and identify bottlenecks in the process.
Interview Coordination & ATS Management
Schedule and coordinate group interviews (12 per week) with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for seamless candidate tracking.

Performance Targets & KPIs:
Monthly Minimum: 144 candidates must attend interviews.
Weekly Goal: At least 10 candidates per group interview with 12 group interviews per week.
Track key recruitment metrics, including:
Show-up rate per interview.
Drop-off rate from application to interview.
Number of qualified vs. disqualified applicants.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in insurance industry recruitment is a plus.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Upgrade to see actual info is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with strong organizational and tracking skills.
Excellent communication skills to engage and coach candidates effectively.
