Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Insurance Follow-Up Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, following up on insurance claims, and driving sales by ensuring clients receive timely support and accurate information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes of client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Insurance Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Client Communication: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries related to insurance products, policies, and claims.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs, helping to close sales opportunities.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
- Policy Education: Educate clients about available insurance policies, coverage options, and claim processes.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service roles.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, knowledge of insurance products or willingness to learn.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client requests.
- Sales-Driven: Ability to recognize sales opportunities and effectively present insurance products to clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.

Preferred:

- Familiarity with insurance policies, claims, and sales processes.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
