We're looking for passionate cold callers to help set up appointments for our amazing insurance agents with potential clients. If you're energetic, experienced, and ready to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Singapore time (GMT +8)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Making outbound cold calls to connect with potential clients and set up appointments for insurance consultations.
Using our provided scripts and sales techniques to spark interest and engage prospects.
Identifying and qualifying leads based on established criteria.
Keeping accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
Following up via phone and email to ensure appointments are kept.
Teaming up with insurance agents to ensure a smooth handover of scheduled appointments.
Hitting and exceeding your weekly and monthly appointment setting goals!

What You Bring to the Table:

1-2 years of cold calling experience (real estate or insurance background is a plus!).
Outstanding communication and people skills.
A persuasive, positive attitude that shines over the phone.
Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to bounce back from rejection.
A strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
