What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound cold calls to connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for insurance consultations.
- Use provided scripts and proven sales techniques to engage prospects and spark interest.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up via phone and email to ensure appointments are kept.
- Collaborate with insurance agents for seamless handover of scheduled appointments.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals!

What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years of cold calling experience (bonus if it’s in real estate or insurance!).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A persuasive and positive phone demeanor.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for success.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM (Singapore time, GMT+8)
