Responsibilities of the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
Invoicing & Financial Processing:
Input and process receipts and invoicing forms in the Applied Epic system based on information provided by Client Advisors.
Ensure all financial data is accurate, identifying and reconciling any discrepancies before submission.
Forward completed invoicing details to the Financing Team for further processing.
Maintain meticulous records to ensure all transactions are correctly documented.
Data Entry & Policy Management:
Input policy-related data, including receipts, sales numbers, and client information, into the Applied Epic system.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all entries, cross-checking financial data and policy details for errors.
Renew policies in the system for re-marketing, ensuring all necessary updates are made for quoting.
Update and renew policy information in the system, prepare forms for submission, and track key changes.
Manage vehicle and equipment schedules during renewals, cross-referencing Excel spreadsheets to ensure alignment before quoting.
Policy Changes & Client Updates:
Process policy modifications, such as adding new vehicles, equipment, or coverage updates requested by clients.
Ensure all policy adjustments are accurately reflected in the carrier’s system and internal records.
Prepare and send renewal update letters, keeping clients informed about policy changes and next steps.
Premium Financing (Growth Opportunity):
Assist in setting up premium financing agreements, ensuring accurate financial data entry and processing.
Support the team in managing payment structures and financing details, depending on experience level.
