JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for QUALIFIED Candidate who has the SKILLS and EXPERIENCE to convince & influence people to accept & agree to booking an Appointment with an Insurance Agent for a face-to-face meeting. QUALIFIED Candidate must have experience & be very knowledgeable in Appointment Setting. LASTLY, APPLYING Candidate must be able to speak AND write in English proficiently and is required to be 23 years or older.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 2 years of Appointment Setting experience
2. MUST have 1 year of experience working with "Direct Mail" leads or Facebook leads
3. Experience with Insurance or Medicare Appointment Setting is a PLUS
4. Need to have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop

LANGUAGE & AGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak/Write in English proficiently
2. Must be 23 years or older


JOB DISCRIPTION CONSIST OF:
1. Appointment Setter must call on Direct Mail leads in order to convince & influence Prospects to book an Appointment
2. Appointment is for Agent to provide info or verify if Prospect qualifies for better options in a Face to Face meeting.
3. A minimum of 4 appointments are required to book per day or a minimum of 20 appointments per week.


WORK SCHEDULE:
Approximately 4 hours are required to work per day from Monday to Friday.
Work Schedule is mostly flexible with working hours that take place sometime between 10am to 6pm MST Arizona time zone.

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent job that requires a minimum of Appts to be provided every week consistently
2. The Hourly pay will be increased after 60 days of working and increased amount depends on employee's performance
3. Commission pay per Appt booked is also available instead of being Paid per Hour.
4 Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new hourly rate
5. 13th Month Bonus is available
