Job Description:

As our Go High Level/ Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages both manual and automated marketing methods. Your mission will be to build a lead generation system that minimizes reliance on traditional advertising platforms while maximizing outreach to decision-makers in our target market. A significant part of your role will involve implementing effective cold emailing strategies to engage prospects and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development:
Create a dynamic marketing strategy focused on attracting ideal customers such as property managers, realtors, facility managers, and contractors. Tailor messaging to effectively communicate with chosen decision-makers.

• Lead Generation:
Utilize various tools and platforms, including Google My Business, LinkedIn, D7 Lead Finder, and Modern Maid, to build a solid list of potential clients. Implement cold email campaigns using best practices to engage prospects and convert leads into clients.

• Campaign Management:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions. Optimize campaigns based on data insights to enhance effectiveness.

• Social Media Engagement and Marketing:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience, driving interaction and loyalty.

• Video Creation and Content Development:
Produce engaging video content that showcases our services and highlights customer testimonials. Develop compelling marketing materials, including email scripts, promotional content, and blog posts, to effectively convey our services.

• Website Management:
Maintain and optimize the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and aligned with our marketing goals. Use SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings.

• Email Marketing with Mailchimp:
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Analyze email performance metrics to continually improve open rates and engagement.

• Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion by providing necessary marketing resources. Collaborate with management to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
• Strong grasp of email marketing, cold outreach strategies, social media engagement, and lead generation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in video creation and content development.
• Experience with website management and SEO practices.
