Instant Account Recovery Specialist & Legal Liaison for instagram Accounts Same day completely legal must work at meta/

We are a globally recognized law firm seeking experienced Meta employees or individuals with knowledge of Meta’s escalation processes to assist with instant account recovery and ensure proper delivery of legal documents. This role is critical for maintaining our clients’ trust and meeting urgent resolution demands.

Position Description

We require specialists who can:

• Act as direct liaisons between our legal team and Meta’s internal departments to deliver and escalate legal papers.
• Facilitate instant or same-day account recovery for critical cases and ensure 24/48-hour recovery timelines for other high-priority matters.
• Utilize Meta’s internal escalation processes to resolve account disputes, including hacked, disabled, or misreported accounts, efficiently and ethically.

Compensation

• Base Monthly Retainer: $15,000
• Incentive Bonuses:
• $1,500 per successful same-day account recovery.
• $1,000 per recovery completed within 24-48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Instant Escalation: Use internal Meta tools and workflows to recover accounts in the shortest time possible, prioritizing same-day action for urgent cases.
• Delivery of Legal Documents: Forward legal papers served by our law firm to the correct Meta compliance, legal, or escalation teams.
• Client Account Restoration: Facilitate recovery of suspended or hacked accounts with complete documentation and legal authorization.
• Urgent Case Handling: Manage critical cases requiring immediate resolution, maintaining professionalism and adherence to Meta’s policies.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure all actions are compliant with Meta’s internal guidelines and external legal standards.

Requirements

• Current or Recent Meta Experience: Must be an active Meta employee or have recent knowledge of its internal systems, tools, and escalation pathways.
• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in resolving escalated account issues quickly and effectively.
• Professional Integrity: Operate within legal boundaries and Meta’s compliance policies.
• Efficiency and Flexibility: Must be available to handle time-sensitive cases, including same-day requests.
• Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing sensitive legal and account recovery cases with precision and accuracy.
