Instagram/TikTok Growth Marketing Expert

I'm looking for a strong Instagram and/or TikTok marketing expert to help drive traffic, followers, and qualified leads for my recruiting agency (B2B).

I'm looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience - no beginners please.

Here are my requirements:

1. Must have native-level English writing skills
2. Must be able to work somewhere during PST time — 8AM PST to 5PM PST
3. Must be chill.
4. Must like bananas (or at least tolerate them).
5. Must know how to grow an IG and/or TikTok account from nothing to thousands of followers and engagement (or know how to buy and grow an account).

SALARY: Pay is flexible - I'm just looking for a strong person to help me with this.
