We are a Real Estate Software Company providing software and marketing solutions to Real Estate Photography businesses. We are seeking for someone who can add value to our company and can help us connect with potential clients and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential customers on Instagram by following, liking, commenting, and messaging to build rapport and encourage booking a call.

2. Track all interactions and leads in Google Sheets and our CRM.

3. Leave thoughtful and relevant comments on posts from potential clients, ensuring all interactions are written in fluent, conversational American English.

4. Build meaningful connections through creative and personalized responses.


Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft conversational, industry-relevant responses.

- Some experience with Instagram marketing or sales is preferred, but not required.

- Familiarity with social media engagement strategies and an understanding of the Instagram algorithm is a plus.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and tracking interactions.

Salary:
- Starts at $500 a month.
- Increases to $600 a month once you are fully onboarded.
- $5 commission on every lead you get to schedule a sales call with us.
- $50 bonus for every 10 sales calls you book a month
