Instagram Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, DM Outreach, Call Booking, CRM | Long-Term w/ Bonuses

We’re hiring one proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help grow our mission-driven wellness brand through Instagram lead generation and DM outreach.

This is a long-term, part-time remote role (20 hrs/week to start) with performance bonuses and commissions, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position in the coming months.

You’ll be supporting Move Your Mind — a growing social enterprise focused on helping people create sustainable lifestyle change through fitness, mental health, and personal wellbeing. We deliver this through high-impact coaching, accessible education, and community-driven support.

Your role will involve finding and engaging with potential clients on Instagram, starting genuine conversations, and scheduling qualified sales calls. If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and thrive on building structured systems — this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Source & engage with 25+ new leads per day via our company Instagram account

- Respond to auto-DMs and start real, human conversations with followers

- Pre-qualify leads and book at least 2+ sales calls per day

- Track lead data in Google Sheets and HubSpot CRM

- Manually send opt-in links to prospects not in our automated flow

- Submit daily KPI reports and upload DM logs to Google Docs

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years experience as a VA doing IG or social media lead generation

- Proven track record booking sales calls via DMs (quality over quantity)

- Strong understanding of high-ticket D2C service sales

- Skilled at pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria

- Experience using HubSpot (required) and ManyChat (preferred)

- Fluent written English (C1–C2 level) with excellent grammar and tone

- Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with KPIs

- Stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps) with a reliable backup

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

- Familiarity with ManyChat automation flows

- Comfortable updating basic marketing assets (e.g., PDFs, newsletters) in HubSpot


Compensation & Perks:

- Starting rate: $7–$10/hour USD (based on experience)

- Monthly bonuses for booked calls

- Commissions based on call quality and closes
