Instagram Inbound Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant

Who I Am: My name is Maciej, I run an agency which helps Online Fitness Coaches do get more clients & grow on social media and we’re growing at a rapid rate.

We're seeking skilled virtual assistants/appointment setters to manage our clients’ Instagram lead generation. This role demands exceptional written communication in English and a proven ability to engage potential clients via Instagram DMs.

Success hinges on converting casual interactions into qualified leads.

You will be provided with video training, SOPs, and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients through Instagram DMs, converting them into qualified leads.
Maintain precise records of all interactions and track key metrics.
Schedule sales calls with qualified leads.

Requirements:
English writing skills must be great. Impeccable grammar and spelling.
Proven experience in lead generation via Instagram DMs (1+ year preferred).
Strong organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail.

Role: Send 75-150 Inbound DMs per day (depending on the client & account size)

Salary: $200 + $10 per booked call
You can be placed in multiple client accounts at the same time and work for the base + booked calls on all of them.

The commission structure is designed to reward your success in generating new business (can get up to $1000+/month with 3-4 clients)
