Job Overview:
We are hiring a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to execute Instagram DM outreach using a structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Your role will focus on engaging content creators, influencers, and businesses to introduce our username claim service. You will be initiating conversations, nurturing potential leads, and ensuring rapid follow-up to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
? Pre-DM Engagement:

Like up to 3 recent posts relevant to the target user
Leave thoughtful, non-generic comments
Engage with Instagram Stories (like or reply)
Follow the profile after engagement to boost visibility
? Sending Outreach Messages:

Use pre-approved DM templates with light personalization
Ensure natural conversation flow before transitioning to the offer
Highlight benefits of a clean, brandable username
? Fast Lead Response – NO DELAYS!

Reply IMMEDIATELY when a lead expresses interest
Keep the conversation moving—don’t let prospects go cold
Handle multiple chats efficiently without losing track
? Follow-Up & Tracking:

Implement structured follow-up messaging on Days 3, 7, and 10
Log all interactions in a Google Sheet (to prevent duplicate outreach)
Track response status (Interested/No Response/Neutral)
? Compliance & Best Practices:

Adhere to Instagram’s daily action limits to avoid spam flags
Maintain organic engagement by spacing out DMs, likes, and follows
Follow account warm-up procedures for trust-building before scaling
