YOUR ROLE
We're hiring a dynamic and sales-driven Instagram DM Call Setter to join our team full time with a base salary PLUS very attractive sales commission bonuses on top and uncapped!

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a DM Call Setter, you'll play a crucial role in initiating connections with potential clients through Instagram direct messages. If you're a proactive communicator, skilled in written English, passionate about personal development with a will to be trained, and motivated by performance-based rewards, we invite your application.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: you will be FULLY TRAINED to do the following:
Initiate conversations with potential clients through Instagram DMs.
Qualify leads identifying leads that are a good fit for our program
Schedule appointments and calls with qualified leads through Instagram DMs
Maintain follow-up communication to nurture relationships.
Conduct prospect searches within our client community.

OUR REQUIREMENTS OF YOU:
Tenacious approach to nurturing quality leads.
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
Experience in customer service, sales, and lead generation, desired
Familiarity with Instagram and direct messaging.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to earn more through commissions.

WORK SCHEDULE (HOURS)
UK (GMT) hours (typically 9-5)
Willingness to work weekends to earn more through commissions.
