About the Role:
We are seeking experienced, fluent English speakers with a background in appointment setting through DM or text-based conversations to join our team as Instagram DM Appointment Setters. This fully remote role allows you to earn uncapped commissions based on your performance, with daily inbound leads provided for you to engage with, qualify, and book for calls with our coaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work during U.S. Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Flexibility for breaks is provided.
• Manage 50 inbound Instagram DMs daily, generated by our advertising spend.
• Engage prospects using a proven script to:
• Qualify them financially.
• Build buy-in and interest in the program.
• Book them onto a call with our team.
• Follow the post-booking process, including sending additional resources and links to maintain high conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve or exceed the 8% KPI (minimum of 28 booked calls per week).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting using DM or text-based platforms.
• Fluency in English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Must be able to read, understand, and respond persuasively to messages in English.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills to drive conversations toward desired outcomes.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and processes.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours, including some weekend work to maintain lead momentum.

Compensation:

• $10 USD per qualified booked call, uncapped earning potential.
• No outbound or cold outreach, 100% inbound leads provided daily.
• Earning potential ranges from $1,200 to $3,000+ USD per month, depending on performance.
