Content Marketing Director

We are seeking a high-energy, trend-savvy, results-driven social media expert/ content creator to come aboard as our Content Marketing Director! You'll take full ownership of our Instagram (primary) & Facebook (secondary) strategy driving growth and performance across our portfolio of companies: Leiki Boardshort Co. & Rockstar Real Estate Group to the next level!

This role is responsible for driving audience growth, generating leads, and converting followers into customers for both Rockstar (real estate) and Leiki (surfwear brand).

This role is for a strategic Instagram (& facebook) content creator who can craft engaging posts, reels, and stories, grow our community through active engagement, and leverage influencer marketing to expand our reach.

The right candidate understands how to use social media as a direct revenue driver—not just for engagement, but to attract the right audience, nurture relationships, and convert leads into sales and appointments.
