JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:
Manage and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging HubSpot CRM to track leads and opportunities.
Identify and qualify leads using inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

CRM Management:
Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, deals, and sales activities.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to assess pipeline health and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure data integrity and recommend system optimizations to enhance CRM workflows.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Leverage Power BI dashboards to track and present sales performance metrics, trends, and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that align with business goals.
Continuously refine reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Provide exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve sales processes and strategies.
