We’re growing, and we need an Inside Sales Specialist to help us reach more businesses, especially in the B2B space. If you’re passionate about sales and have a knack for building relationships, this could be a great fit for you!

Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist at ACM, you’ll be helping us reach out to potential business clients and guide them in choosing the best IT solutions for their needs. You’ll be working closely with our sales team to build strong client relationships, manage appointments, keep track of emails, and make sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Be proactive in reaching out to potential business clients through calls, emails, and other ways to introduce them to our IT services.
• Sales Presentations: Present our IT solutions to potential clients, showing them how we can make their businesses run more efficiently and securely.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients, and make sure they are always satisfied with our services.
• Appointment Setting & Calendar Management: Set up meetings and appointments, and help keep track of the sales team’s calendar so everything’s on schedule.
Email Management: Respond to client inquiries and manage email communication in a timely and professional way.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Close new deals and meet sales targets, while keeping existing clients happy and ensuring their needs are met.
• CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all leads, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Weekly Meetings: Join our weekly team meetings every Wednesday at 9 AM, where we discuss progress, share updates, and align on goals.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in B2B sales – ideally in IT or tech-related services.
• Excellent communication skills – you should be able to connect with clients and build trust with ease.
• A self-starter who loves to take the initiative and meet sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools and managing customer information.
• Good organizational skills – you'll be handling a lot of appointments and emails, so being organized is a must!
• A positive, collaborative attitude – we work as a team, and we value everyone’s input.
• Willing to attend weekly meetings every Wednesday at 9 AM, and actively participate with the team.
