Inside Sales Representative - Immediate hiring

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales/Call Center Representative to join our team! Your main focus will be generating new commercial cleaning contracts by handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients via email, and scheduling appointments for cleaning quotes. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, plus emails, to engage commercial customers.
Qualify leads & set appointments for site visits and cleaning quotes.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar).
Meet & exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with service & scheduling teams for smooth follow-ups.
Stay informed on industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales or call center experience, preferable with a residential focus.
Experience using CRM tools like Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Reliable laptop & high-speed internet for remote work.
