Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect Contact Listings: Research and compile contact information for assigned markets.
• District Research: Gather detailed information about districts, including existing ice cream
programs, Cooperative buying groups and bid details.
• Outreach: Contact school districts via
and services.
• Data Management: Update and maintain contact listings on Rich Share Drive, ensuring all
progress and leads are accurately recorded.
• Brand Communication: Effectively communicate our branding and messaging to schools.
• Presentations: Set up and conduct Zoom/Teams calls and Lunch N Learn presentations to
engage potential clients.
• Marketing Materials: Leverage and distribute marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the School Business Development Manager (BDM) to
coordinate efforts for large districts.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively
engage with school district representatives.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to
persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant
information about potential clients using AI, e-mail and the provided contact listing.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain
detailed records.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM
software.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to potential
clients.
• Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
and tea

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in inside sales or a related field.
