We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate should be a highly energetic professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in inside sales.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to engage with potential leads through various communication channels, including mostly phone calls,
• Qualify and assess the needs and requirements of prospective clients to determine their suitability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead progress in our CRM system.
• Continuously stay informed about industry trends, our services, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
• EXCELLENT English communication and presentation skills
• At least 2 years experience in Sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time- this is a full-time position that needs to be engaged during the entire shift. You will not have the ability to use this as a 2nd job.
Shift:
• Monday- Friday CST 10 am to 8 pm 10 Hours Per Day- 1 Hour Break*
Salary: 25,000 PHP Per Month plus uncapped commission TBD. Salary is done 2x a month on the 20th and the 6th day of the month.
You will have paid time off for the holidays we are closed in the U.S. plus 5 vacation leaves
