JOB OVERVIEW

Compensation: Base Salary $3-$7 US dollars per hour plus commissions and bonuses.

Schedule: 40-60 hours available weekly

Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and close sales to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
Follow up with prospects that did not buy at initial meeting
Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate roofing solutions.
Follow up on old leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Prepare sales estimates and proposals for outside sales team
Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of roofing products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in using LEAP CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
