Position Overview: (On Site position in Cebu)
As we expand our global sales team, we are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Executives with over 3-5 years of experience and a proven ability to close deals in the US, EMEA, or SEA markets. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively present our solutions.

We are committed to driving innovation and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering cutting-edge technologies that revolutionise the jewelry industry.
You can expect to conduct 6-8 daily demos and follow-ups. Experience with SMEs, short sales cycles, and quick closures of $2-10K deals is crucial, as our sales are typically finalised in the first meeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Volume: Conduct outbound calls to cold and warm leads and schedule demo appointments
Market Penetration: Understand the nuances of the US, EMEA & SEA markets and successfully close at least one deal within the second month.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in software and hardware solutions. Be adaptable and quick to learn about new technologies relevant to the industry.
Communication Skills: Exhibit flawless English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits and close deals.
Script Customization: Tailor phone scripts and memorize sales pitches within the first 10 days to ensure a persuasive and consistent approach to sales calls.
Meeting Generation and Conversion: Independently book a minimum of 20 meetings in the first month and successfully close at least 2 out of those 20 meetings in month 2.
Prospecting: Great at identifying new prospects and reaching out to them without fear.
Targets: Start working independently and hitting the sales forecast within 3 months.
Qualifications:
Neutral, British, Australian or US accent is a must!
Proven experience in sales to SME's, particularly in the B2B sector is also a must!
Experience working nightshifts for at least 3 years
Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies.
Quick learner
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Highly competitive and result-driven mindset.
Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
A mindset to do the impossible.
Previous study or work experience in the US/UK.
