JOB OVERVIEW

The candidate will speak fluent English with an American accent. The work schedule is 9 am to 5 pm USA central time Monday to Friday. Starting salary is 101,000 PHP per month at 40 hours work per week. You will get raises and bonuses just like we do with our team in the USA. You will get 17 days of paid time off per year. Most importantly you will be treated as part of our team and we want you to be happy. You will get the same benefits that our US based employees get. The 2 owners are best friends that grew up together, and the work environment is fun and friendly. You will be part of a great team with lots of room for growth.
We have 2 companies that sell products, one in the golf industry and one in the pet industry. We have been in business for 14 years and have a great team for you to work with and train you. We are in Nashville Tennessee USA and have 14 people that work at the company full time. Our employees have been working here for many years because we treat everyone with respect, and they like the work that they do. What we really want is a good honest person to help us grow the business.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be working with wholesale customers via email and phone to sell our products. Your job will be to understand the customer’s needs and explain our product features and quality. We will spend a lot of time training you on our company, products and processes. You will be creating invoices, working through all the customer’s questions and ultimately convincing the customer to purchase our products. The orders will be in wholesale bulk orders.
To train you on our products and our company you will do the following to learn along with our team training you.
Customer Service / Order Processing – working with customers pre and post purchase. Most of the communication will be via email but there will be some phone calls.
General administrative work. It could be a variety of things including filling out forms, customer service, filling out spreadsheets, creating product listings, and helping our team when we are busy.
Lead Generation – working in excel to transcribe data from web pages and pdfs into excel files.
