Experience: 2-3+ years (with proof of experience required)?


What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an ISA in real estate?
-Strong communication and sales skills?
-Proven experience with cold calling and appointment setting?
-Ability to handle objections and close deals?
-Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms

Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up consistently
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments
* Maintain and update the CRM with lead information
* Build rapport with clients and provide top-tier customer service
