Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for clients
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Handle objections and nurture relationships with leads
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:
Experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (real estate experience is a plus)
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales software
High-speed internet and a reliable computer
Ability to work independently and adapt to scripts and sales strategies
