Inside Sales / Appointment Setter

I run a life insurance telesales agency and I am looking for an inside sales rep to live transfer interested prospects to my direct line or book appointments into my calendar. You will be cold calling a mix of cold outreach and aged leads of people aged 50-80. In this position, you will deal with people who sometimes get upset you call them. You need to be mentally strong enough to be told no. This job is also repetitive in that you are reading the same script and overcoming the same objections repeatedly.

If a prospect is transferred to my line and I close them for a sale, you will receive a portion of the commission on top of your base pay. For people who are strong enough and work hard, you can make a lot of money with this opportunity, that is why I am looking for the right person who is hungry, can learn how to overcome objections, and speaks fluent english. I will provide training and ongoing support.

I am offering $800-900 base pay for 30-40 hours a week + $30 commission on every sale I generate. This is negotiable and we can talk about it in more detail. Monday-Friday with working hours of 12pm-7pm CST.
