Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate)

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in qualifying leads, setting up appointments, following up, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the overall sales process while making sure that all interactions are properly documented in the CRM and company platforms and performing other ISA-related research, tasks, and duties, as required.

Responsibilities:
1. Qualifying the Leads
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to determine their timing and motivation

2. Appointment Setting
- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents
- Coordinate with the sales team and real estate professionals to ensure seamless client experiences

3. Follow-up and Nurture
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and address any concerns
- Nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to convert leads into active prospects

4. Documentation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system and company platforms

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of call/contact center experience preferably In a Real Estate Industry as an Inside Sales Agent or Appointment Setter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Attention to details
- Basic Knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and market dynamics is a PLUS
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software and lead management tools is a PLUS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
