Inside Sales Agent - Appointment Setter - PST Time Zone

We are a interior finishes company providing our products b2c & b2b in residential real estate in the usa and canada. Your role will be to call and respond to incoming leads from our various sources & to cold call b2b prospects to book an appointment with our designers & sales reps. These calls will be recorded and will be done on our platform during (10:00am - 6:00pm pacific standard time). You will also communicate with leads in writing to follow up with them.

Starting base pay is $4-$5/hour on top of weekly and monthly bonuses

Applicant must:

1. Speak very fluent English…so well that you can't even tell they aren't American!

2. Has real estate and sales experience…previous ISA experience is a MUST.

3. Has a great personality and is likable…funny and personable, yet professional…knows how to win people's favoritism and gain clients' confidence over the phone.

4. Possesses incredible self-confidence, but doesn't come off as arrogant, pushy, or desperate.

5. Be willing and able to follow the script, but also be able to go off script when necessary and be quick thinking and natural sounding.

6. Previous real estate experience preferred, but not required.
