We are a digital marketing agency based in the U.S. (Florida) that specializes in helping service-based businesses grow through social media marketing. We’re expanding and looking for a talented Inside Sales Agent to join our team and help text, call, and email warm leads for our clients.

What we need from you:
Must have proven experience in customer service and/or client facing appointment setting.

A person who has the ability to strategically manage conversations in order to book an appointment and solicit a response.

Someone Understands the Real Estate Niche and/or other service based niche.

Fluent in English with strong written & spoken communication skills.

Looking for a long-term growth opportunity to evolve within the agency.

Compensation:
Starting budget is $5 per hour for a Full Time EST time 40 hour work week.

Estimated Full Time Monthly Salary: $800/mo.

Hiring Process:

1 month trial as part time (20 hours per week), will move into Full Time based on performance and interest in role.
