Our client is from a real estate company who offer a unique career opportunity to grow within a fun, top-producing real estate team. They are looking for a Full-time Inside Sales Agent who would serve as the linchpin of the organization's sales efforts, converting leads into meaningful opportunities, nurturing relationships, and maintaining a robust pipeline through proactive client engagement and lead management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Actively managing inbound and outbound communications, building strong client relationships, and scheduling appointments to drive sales.
- CRM Management: Utilizing Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM to meticulously track client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling and securing appointments to facilitate sales discussions and hand-offs to sales associates.
- Sales Skill Development: Continuously honing sales skills through role-play, real-play sessions, and training programs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and sharing insights with the team.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales agents to ensure smooth lead hand-offs and a seamless client experience.
- Proactive Engagement: Taking initiative to identify new lead generation opportunities and providing feedback to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles with a track record of exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically and confidently with a diverse clientele.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage and nurture leads effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CT
Rate: $7/hour

Requirements:
We need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
- Has proven experience working on a graveyard shift
- 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
- A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
- Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
- At least 5 mbps backup internet service
- An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
