Inside Sales Agent

We are a real estate sales team in Thurston County, Washington.

We're looking for a Part-Time Inside Sales Agent with exceptional English and communication skills to help expand our client base and maintain high client satisfaction.

**Your Role:**
- Engage and generate leads via cold calls, emails, and working within our CRM
- Handle inbound inquiries with prompt, clear responses.
- Keep our CRM up-to-date with client interactions.
- Coordinate with agents to schedule client appointments.
- Qualify leads, Nurture, Convert

**Must-Haves:**
- Strong command of the English language is a must.
- Proven sales or customer service experience within the real estate industry
- Organized, self-driven, and excellent at time management.

We have a database of about 1,000 people as of now. It is growing and our goal is to get that over 10,000 people this year.

This will start off part-time but can grow into a full-time role.
