JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Follow-Up and Inside Sales Rep. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, educating them about services, and closing deals over the phone. If you have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and are looking for a long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

-Make follow-up calls to leads and current clients, closing deals effectively.
-Answer incoming calls, guide leads through a provided script, and educate them about our services.
-Ask for the sale confidently while maintaining professionalism.
-Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales.

Work Schedule:

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. (Manilla PST 9:00pm - 5:00am)

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $6 per hour.
Commission: $5-10 for every service you successfully sell or close over the phone (new leads or existing clients).

Paid Time Off:

-9 days off throughout the year (5 are paid).
-1 week of paid vacation.
-Unpaid Time Off: 1 week unpaid between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Experience in sales and/or customer service is highly preferred.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Ability to follow a script while maintaining a conversational and engaging tone.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Okay, I have it. Here’s what’s included in our service:
Mowing of the entire lawn
Weed whipping and trimming around all obstacles and along the edges of your home
Blowing all debris off hard surfaces
Now, this service is normally $78 per visit. However, I see you're close to some of our other clients, so I can offer you proximity pricing and bring that down to $54 per service. Does that sound good?"
Lead: "That sounds great. How does the billing work?"
Representative:
"We’ve set up a billing system to make things as easy as possible for you—completely pain-free and thought-free. Would you like me to add you to our schedule?"
Lead: "I need to talk to my spouse."
Representative:
"Totally understand! Here’s what I’ll do: to lock in the price and secure your place, I can add you to our schedule and collect your payment information now. If, after speaking with your spouse, she dUpgrade to see actual info it’s not the right fit, you can call us to cancel. We don’t have any contracts, so you’re not tied to anything."
Lead: "When would the service start?"
Representative:
"Our next service day for your area is Thursday, so just let us know before then if you choose not to proceed. Otherwise, consider it done."
Representative:
"Thank you! By the way, may I ask how you heard about us?"
