ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Lead Marketing Strategist who is a seasoned professional responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid advertising across diverse platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Twitter, and Email Marketing. The role requires deep expertise in Ecommerce, funnel creation, offer development, and proficiency in various Ecommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.

You will be working closely with our CEO as his right-hand man or woman in all marketing operations, at the forefront of driving e-commerce success through strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven optimization of paid advertising campaigns. Your expertise in Ecommerce platforms, sales funnels, and various paid channels will contribute significantly to achieving the organization's Ecommerce goals and revenue Upgrade to see actual infoveral teaUpgrade to see actual infombers have built lasting relationships with us over the years. Our current departments and genres consist of: Horror, Romance, Fantasy and Coloring Books.

KPIs - We will be publishing e-books, paperbacks and audiobook versions of our novels and anthologies. Your main task is to directing the marketing strategy emphasizing paid ads to elevate brand visibility and cultivate impactful customer relationships.

DAILY AND WEEKLY TASKS
The average day and week will consist of a mixture of the following tasks:

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY AND PLANNING:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for E-commerce businesses, including email campaigns, sales funnels, and paid ads.
- Create compelling offers and design effective sales funnels to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Research industry trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
- Select the most appropriate paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email) based on campaign objectives and target audience.

PAID ADVERTISING:·
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Twitter, and other potential venues.
- Develop captivating ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions, including visuals, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Leverage advanced targeting techniques, segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.

E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS:
- Utilize expertise in Ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce to manage product listings, inventory, and customer experiences.
- Implement Ecommerce-specific strategies within campaigns to drive online sales and revenue growth.

DATA ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key indicators.
- Analyze data insights to make informed adjustments and optimize campaigns in real time for optimal results.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, keyword optimization, ad placement, and audience targeting to achieve desired outcomes.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
- Manage allocated budgets effectively across various campaigns and platforms, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Monitor spending and adjust budgets as needed to maximize campaign effectiveness.

COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns, including graphic designers, content creators, and analytics experts.
- Provide clear and insightful reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, along with actionable recommendations.

E-COMMERCE EXPERTISE:
- Apply a deep understanding of E-commerce principles to drive revenue growth and customer retention and enhance the shopping experience.
- Integrate E-commerce best practices into campaigns and strategies to maximize results
- Ad account knowledge for maintenance and troubleshooting. Able to submit support tickets and review with advertising contacts regarding technical issues within ad accounts..


KEY SKILLS AND VALUES REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience as Marketing Lead or Specialist.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing Ecommerce marketing campaigns focusing on paid advertising.
- With a profound understanding of utilizing Facebook Ads to their full potential.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, and Pinterest.
- Thorough knowledge of Ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce, covering product management and inventory control.
- Proficient in achieving success through effective email marketing strategies.
- Skillful in creating powerful funnels and compelling landing pages.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and e-commerce software.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy, creating sales funnels, and reporting results.
- Fluent or Native English speaker (written and verbal)
- Very high attention to detail and quality of work
- Very high level of organization and ability to prioritize
- High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is beneficial.

BENEFITS
Compensation: $5-8 per hour, along with bonuses according to quarterly and annual milestones reached.

The rate is dependent on expertise and skills.

Full Time: Expected to work 40 hours per week, with occasional extension during product launches, including weekends when necessary, manageable through strategic Upgrade to see actual info more graveyard shift: Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers during normal working Upgrade to see actual infotonomy: Work whenever you want as long as you deliver the results.

After the initial training period and you’re in sync with the team, work whenever you want as long as you get the work done. Our operations team is based in GMT+8 in the same time zone as Manila and a 12nn - 4pm team overlap has proven to be most effective to coordinate with the CEO and team leads.
