Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Influencer Sourcing & Business Development Specialist to help streamline our influencer discovery process and drive business growth. This role involves identifying high-potential influencers by leveraging a brand’s past partnerships, optimizing internal processes, and contributing to business development through client sourcing.
The ideal candidate will not only source influencers who match the brand’s audience demographics (location, age, gender) and content style but also refine the workflow, improve efficiency, and help acquire new clients. This position requires strong research, data organization, and process optimization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Sourcing & Analysis:
Identify influencers similar to a brand’s historic partnerships using Instagram’s suggested accounts, comments, followers, and other sources.
Ensure influencers align with the brand’s audience demographics and produce content in a style consistent with previous influencer collaborations.
Analyze influencer metrics such as engagement rate, follower count, content quality, and audience authenticity.
Compare new influencers against historic partnerships to ensure equal or better alignment and performance.
Data Management & Outreach Preparation:
Accurately input influencer details (name, handle, audience demographics, engagement rate, follower count, content style, etc.) into a structured Google Sheet.
Organize and format data for seamless integration into
Upload finalized Google Sheets into Instantly and ensure all outreach materials are correctly structured.
Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in the influencer sourcing and outreach process and implement solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
Create and document process flows to standardize influencer research and data entry.
Develop automation and workflow improvements for more effective influencer management.
Business Development & Client Sourcing:
Research and identify potential brands and businesses that would benefit from influencer marketing.
Assist in outreach and lead generation efforts to acquire new clients.
Work closely with the team to refine the agency’s pitch and sourcing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, lead generation, or business development.
Strong research and analytical skills, particularly in using Instagram for influencer discovery.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, automation, and data organization.
Familiarity with
Experience in creating process flows and improving operational efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and improve workflow.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience working with international brands or campaigns targeting diverse audiences.
Knowledge of influencer scraping tools or automation solutions.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
